With the recent bill reactivating the Division of Public Safety being signed into law by Governor Orangebear22, the Secretary of State fiblywibly recently announced a division wide reform for DPS.

The reforms would make changes to the structure and standards of the division. All personnel (including Command) are being reviewed for activity and performance, with potential dismissal to inactive/underachieving individuals *to ensure an active reformed division.

Key changes announced with the reform were:

  1. Command Reform – Overhauling leadership efficiency.
  2. Jurisdiction Policy Reform – Redefining the operational boundaries.
  3. Standard Operations Procedure Reform – Updating protocols for demands.
  4. Division-Wide Activity Checks – Ensuring consistent engagement.
  5. Training Academy Reform – Revamping training to raise standards.

These changes would be implemented and led by officer_sprite; who is under consideration to be the new Director of the Division of Public Safety; while also a new Deputy Director & Chief of Security will be named/appointed further down the road with the restructuring/reform.

The Secretary of State fiblywibly also extended thanks to t_ikkyism and brittate for their service within the Division, acknowledging their contributions during previous runs.

The reform & restructuring for the Division of Public Safety is what many hopes; a new chapter, aimed at restoring efficiency, and operational success.
